I came across this amazing doctor who did a lecture on prevention of disease. It is so rare to see someone or anyone in the medical field break health down to science and state that the choices of what we give our bodies affects everything!
I wish people understand how corrupt our medicine is. You have to prevent these problems and treat them with common sense, not pills!
